The bot allows diners to locate an outlet, make table reservations and answers general queries on pricing, menu, festivals and events.

Barbeque Nation has taken a step towards creating a differentiated dining experience for its guests, which is personalized and engaging. The bot allows consumers to locate the closest outlet and make reservations with an easy three step method on Facebook messenger. The bot uses live data to analyse location, timings and table availability.

Today's consumer is digitally equipped, well informed and believes in researching about a restaurant before dining. Barbeque Nation has a vast reach of over 8.5 lakh followers on Facebook who are looking to make bookings and gain information about various events happening in their city.
