Oyo keen on Telangana State realty
Ritesh Agarwal, founder and CEO, Oyo Rooms, called on Telangana IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao in New Delhi on Tuesday.
Hyderabad: Ritesh Agarwal, founder and CEO, Oyo Rooms, called on Telangana IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao in New Delhi on Tuesday.
During the meeting, Ritesh explained the progress of Oyo in recent years and also told the Minister that Hyderabad is the third largest market for the hospitality sector aggregator after Bangalore and the National Capital Region (NCR)of Delhi. Ritesh also appreciated the maturity of the youngest state, Telangana, in governance and policies adopted.
"Oyo CEO enquired about new opportunities in the State. He also discussed on how can service apartments, residential houses can be used to boost up hospitality sector in Telangana. The Minister responded positively and invited Ritesh to Hyderabad," an official release said.
KTR also said Ritesh stands as example for the youth, his success is a symbol of new age Indian aspirations and ability to achieve dreams, the release added.
