The Chennai-based bikemaker has now announced a new riding competition named 'Scramble', which will take place in Shimla.

Scramble is essentially a non-extreme riding event which has been scheduled from June 14 - June 18, 2017. It will be a team event, with each team having 2 members. To maintain gender neutrality, Royal Enfield has designed the event for men as well as women. The event has been classified into two categories, on the basis of their difficulty levels.

All teams will compete in their respective categories and will have to earn points under a Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) format. The team going till the end of the event with the highest TSD points will be declared as the winners.

Royal Enfield has made it clear that the event has been scheduled, designed and engineered to be suitable for seasoned riders. As a result, it will be an ideal adventure ride for someone who has tackled varied terrains in diverse conditions.
