Hyderabad: iKeva, a city-based startup engaged in leasing of hyper-local co-workspaces, has launched two new centers. A 175-seat secured co-working space in Gurugram and another 165 seater in Mumbai. Monika Misra, Founder and GM, iKeva, is upbeat about the business potential in co-working space and believes this as the future of work culture.

Set up in 2013, iKeva has co-working centers in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. It grew its footprint to 1,200 seats and over 70,000 sqft. The company now boasts sox centers across five cities and over 4,000 members.

Misra said: “We’re planning additional centers to be set up in next 3-4 years as there’s growing interest from startups, SMEs and large enterprises for leasing offices in iKeva spaces. Firms like Zeta, Applify, The Workforce Consulting Group, and many more have already signed up.”

iKeva business model continues to see rapid adoption nationwide, as a place where startups get to learn about business and scaling-up from fortune 500 companies, on the other side fortune companies gain an opportunity to learn about innovation and agility from start-ups. On her company’s growth plans Monika says “iKeva plans to grow to 50-80 centers in next 3-4 years.”
