Hyderabad: Allahabad Bank has launched a saving product ‘Allbank Shakti’ exclusively for women customers. Allahabad Bank is celebrating 153 years of dedicated service in the domestic banking sector.
Bank’s ED NK Sahoo launched the saving product Allbank Shakti for women in the presence of Vikas Kumar, filed GM (south) and BK Sarangi, Dy GM and Zonal Head (Hyd) and Dr P Jayaprada, cine Actress and former MP.
Speaking on the occasion, Sahoo said: “As a next step towards women empowerment, our bank has decided to offer the women a savings bank product ‘Allbank Shakti.’ This product also provides benefits to women customers in the form of discounts on healthcare product, locker facility, concessional rate of interest on their housing loans and education loan for self/ daughters.”
Dr Jayaprada said that “Allahabad Bank is a customer-friendly bank and its efforts in uplifting of the society especially women is appreciable. The latest product Allbank Shakti for women is a welcome feature. I request the management to introduce many more products of this kind in future.”
