Oppo eyes better sales growth this festive season
Eyeing better sales this festive season and seeking to strengthen its hold in the premium mobile handset segment, Oppo Mobiles on Tuesday rolled out a special Diwali edition of Oppo F3 that comes with dual selfie cameras.Â
Mumbai: Eyeing better sales this festive season and seeking to strengthen its hold in the premium mobile handset segment, Oppo Mobiles on Tuesday rolled out a special Diwali edition of Oppo F3 that comes with dual selfie cameras.
Named Oppo F3 Diwali Limited Edition and priced at Rs 18,990, the limited festive offering from Oppo will offer a host of state of the art features that are sure to delight the customers.
“We are leaders in Rs 15,000-30,000 price segment in the country. With launch of new Diwali edition, we expect to have more sales volume this festive season. Our company posted 30 per cent growth year-on-year last year. We expect better growth this year,” Will Yang, Brand Director, Oppo India, told the media here, after launching the special edition.
He further said that Oppo, present across 28 global markets, was upbeat on India as mobile handsets with selfie cameras gained traction in the country in recent times. To provide the best selfie experience to users, the special edition, like the regular F3, supports dual selfie cameras - one 16 MP camera for regular selfie and one wide angle camera for group selfie.
Available in customised red colour, it comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM for smooth multitasking with enough space for more than 50,000 photos. The phone also has a large 3200 mAh battery lasting for more than 15 hours.
To spice up the festive mood, Oppo announced that every customer who would purchase the F3 Diwali Limited Edition would get an exclusive cricket bat signed by the Indian Cricket Team. The mobile handset maker also launched a brand revamp.
