New Delhi : Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health business of Aon PLC and People Matters Media, India's largest media brand for HR and Talent professionals on Wednesday announced a partnership to create an online learning academy focused on HR capability building.
The learning academy will host online courseware of Aon Hewitt Learning Center in domains such as rewards, HR analytics, talent acquisition, HR shared services, engagement, performance and change. The learning journeys will be specifically designed for an online, self-paced learning experience. Aon Hewitt's deep consulting expertise and People Matters curation and assessment of HR needs will enable the learning academy to be pragmatic and futuristic.
"Since 2012, we have trained over 8,000 HR professionals through the Aon Hewitt Learning Center. Learning today happens outside the classroom, often in spurts when you need it. People Matters has built a credible community of HR and talent professionals and we are delighted to join hands to make our expertise available to a wider pool of HR professionals and students," said Sandeep Chaudhary, CEO, Aon Hewitt India.
