The learning academy will host online courseware of Aon Hewitt Learning Center in domains such as rewards, HR analytics, talent acquisition, HR shared services, engagement, performance and change. The learning journeys will be specifically designed for an online, self-paced learning experience. Aon Hewitt's deep consulting expertise and People Matters curation and assessment of HR needs will enable the learning academy to be pragmatic and futuristic.

"Since 2012, we have trained over 8,000 HR professionals through the Aon Hewitt Learning Center. Learning today happens outside the classroom, often in spurts when you need it.
