The last day of the 2-day HMTV Property Expo on Sunday attracted an encouraging response as footfalls numbering over 2,000. Prospective buyers in large numbers were seen enquiring about latest ventures coming up in and around the city.

Hyderabad: The last day of the 2-day HMTV Property Expo on Sunday attracted an encouraging response as footfalls numbering over 2,000. Prospective buyers in large numbers were seen enquiring about latest ventures coming up in and around the city.

It’s estimated that over 1,500 visitors participated in the expo on Saturday. Realty firms, builders, finance companies and banks are upbeat over the encouraging response from the public and said that it’s an indication that property market in Telangana and AP is on the recovery path.

Speaking to The Hans India, a manager at a stall said that enquiries were more about gated community ventures. HMTV organised a lucky draw on the final day of the property expo.

10 winners were selected in lucky draw and given gold coins by Srinivas Diwakarlu, branding head, Aparna Constructions, and Sathi Raju, CEO, Adithya Constructions. The HMTV Property Expo, organised by a leading Telugu news channel HMTV and sister concern The Hans India. Hyderabad Mayor Bonthu Rammohan inaugurated the expo here at Cyber City Convention near Hitex here on Saturday.

“We know that real estate bodies like Credai and Treda organise property expos. But it’s a good sign that a news channel like HMTV has come forward to organise the expo which will be of immense help to the property buyers as well as sellers,” Mayor said after inaugurating the expo.

Several housing firms, finance companies and banks including SBI showcased their attractive home loan offerings. Companies from other allied sectors also took part.

Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, a leading construction company from Hyderabad, was the main sponsor of the expo. Real estate majors Manjeera Constructions and Aditya Construction Company were the co-sponsors for the exposition which is powered by Axon Housing Solutions Ltd, The Hans India and Kapil Properties.
