CBRE opens tech centre
Real estate consulting firm, CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, launched a dedicated real estate technology centre in Gurugram. The digital and technology center (D&T) is going to be used for CBRE’s software development.
Hyderabad: Real estate consulting firm, CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, launched a dedicated real estate technology centre in Gurugram. The digital and technology center (D&T) is going to be used for CBRE’s software development.
The centre was inaugurated by Chandra Dhandapani, Chief Digital and Technology Officer and Anshuman Magazine, Chairman, CBRE. “The D&T centre is a game changer for real estate and technology development in India.
This centre will generate technology solutions to address the growing digitization needs of the realty sector,” said Anshuman Magazine. According to a release, smart technologies that leverage mapping, augmented reality and data analytics will be supported and pioneered at the facility.
Chandra Dhandapani said: “This D&T Centre will aim to develop and execute enterprise-level digital strategies that support business objectives, improve client outcomes and drive growth for clients and client-facing professionals.”
The centre will be employing 120 software engineers who will be working on CBRE’s digital products. The company further plans to invest in their software development team and, also would be working on real estate technology solutions and platforms.
