Flipkart and Vodafone Partner to Give Away 4G Smartphones@999

As a part of #MyFirst4GSmartPhone Campaign, India’s leading e-commerce marketplace, Flipkart has announced an exclusive partnership with Vodafone to bring an exhaustive range of entry level 4G smartphones at just INR 999 for customers.

The move follows after Vodafone partnered with Micromax and Itel to launch Bharat 2 Ultra Smartphones at an affordable price of INR 999.

In lieu of this partnership, Vodafone, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers has deployed exciting cash back offers on select range of smartphone models.

Under this scheme, Flipkart users will receive cashbacks amounting to INR 2,000 on purchase of the smartphone, bringing the cost down to its effective price. The cashback process is much alike to that of JioPhone. To avail the benefit of the scheme after purchase, users must recharge their account with a minimum amount of INR 150 per month, consecutively for 36 months. There is no prescribed upper limit for recharges.

The customer will get the first cashback of INR 900 after 18 months, followed by the second cashback of INR 1,100 received after another 18 months, thus availing a total cashback of INR 2,000. The amount will be credited to user's Vodafone M-Pesa wallets and they can use it for making any digital transactions or withdrawing cash.
