Producer Bellamkonda Suresh is all geared up and for a good reason. The producer who celebrates his birthday on Thursday is currently busy with three projects simultaneously. Other than launching his son Bellamkonda Sreenivas under the direction of VV Vinayak, he is producing ‘Joru’ (tentative title) with NTR and ‘Muni 3’ with Raghava Lawrence. Speaking ahead of his birthday, he revealed that Nithya Menen is doing a special role in ‘Muni 3’.
Talking about his son’s movie which is currently in production, he says, “I think he is lucky that he got such a dream launch. He is working with the finest team he can get - be it director VV Vinayak, music director Devi Sri Prasad, actors like Prakash Raj and Samantha or other crew members”.
About why VV Vinayak was the chosen one to direct the film, he says, “Vinayak debuted under my production, so he felt that he should take the responsibility of launching Sreenivas”. About the film, he shares, “It is a complete mass action entertainer. It will definitely be a good start for Sreenivas”. Sreenivas, a trained dancer also got trained in acting from institutes in Hyderabad, Mumbai, USA, and Vietnam.
The producer is also equally charged up for NTR’S movie with Santosh Srinivas. “Exactly on March 28, 2002, ‘Aadi’ released. We are planning to release ‘Joru’ the same day next year,” he reveals. “The movie will make Santosh Srinivas a star director and will standout in NTR’s career.”
He later revealed that ‘Muni 3’ will be released in February next year followed by NTR film in March and Vinayak-Sreenivas movie in mid-summer. Remembering late Srihari, the producer says, “I still can’t believe that he is not here. I knew him from our struggling days. His place can never be filled by anyone else”.
