It was Charmee’s film ‘Mantra’ that brought in a new dimension to her career. And nearly seven years after that, the bubbly actress is back with ‘Mantra 2’. The film which was launched last year was on the backburner due to Charmee’s busy schedule. However ,we hear the producers have decided go forward and complete the shoot at the earliest as she is finally free, and has allotted dates for the film. The principal shooting of the film recently began in Hyderabad.
“Shooting for MANTRA 2 on d same location whr v shot CHAKRAM.. Jagamantam kutumbam naadi , ye kaaki jeevitam naadi (sic),” the actress posted on Twitter. The actress refutes talk that the film is a sequel and wrote, “It’s a different story and I felt that I don’t have to carry the burden of Mantra with this film. You’ll see a different Charmee in this one.” Satish is directing the film and it is being jointly produced by Srikanth, Souri Reddy and Ravi Teja under Teja Films banner. Shankar is scoring the music.
