Preity’s conditions to Ness Wadia to withdraw complaint

A spokesperson of the Wadia group denied a report claiming that actress Preity Zinta has laid down five conditions for her ex-boyfriend and business partner Ness Wadia to withdraw the complaint against him that she filed in June.

Earlier, Preity Zinta filed a complaint of molestation and threats against Ness Wadia with a statement alleging that he had abused and molested her, after a match at Wankede stadium in Mumbai.

City police said, yet to identify any witnesses in the alleged incident that happened on May 30 at the Garware pavilion in Wankhede stadium during an IPL match. We are trying to find out who could have witnessed the incident. Our team has gone through the CCTV footages from Wankhede stadium but they had not recorded the incident, said the top cop.

These are all speculative reports which has no truth to it said the spokesperson from Wadia group. Further he said, no such conversation took place between the two parties. Meanwhile, four new witnesses called by Ness Wadia in connection with allegations levelled against him by Preity Zinta informed the Mumbai police that everything was “normal” between the two celebrities on that particular day.
