It is said that Chiranjeevi slipped from stairs and suffered minor injury on leg. He is believed to have sprained his leg. However, the injury wasn't serious.
Recently, director VV Vinayak visited Chirajeevi's residence. Soon after his visit, rumours were rife that Puri Jagannadh was replaced with Vinayak to direct Chiru's 150th film.
The latest reports doing the rounds say that VV Vinayak visited Chiru's home to wish him a speedy recovery.
