There was a strong rumour doing the rounds that Puri may not direct megastar Chiranjeevi's much awaited150th film.
Puri hurt by the rumours said that Chiranjeevi should have told him about his disapproval of his script and not to the media. Soon after his statement, Ram Charan met Puri and reportedly pacified him.
On Wednesday, Puri expressed his feelings on his Twitter handle. He said that he has majority of the rights to direct Chiranjeevi's 150th film as he is a hard core fan of the megastar. Chiru fans better know about what is better for him to look good on screen. "Even Chiru does not know that. If he doesn't like this script I will prepare another script. if he won't like that script, I will prepare scripts till he is satisfied," he said.
Puri, who is currently busy shooting for Varun Tej's film, also said that he will surely direct Chiru's 150 th film. "if not 150th film, i will direct 151 movie," he signed off saying his wish is to make a film with him.
