Raj Tarun, who made an impressive debut with ‘Uyyala Jampala’ and scored a hit in a row with ‘Cinema Choopistha Maava’ is now becoming the first option for small budget movies.
He is now a busy actor with many unusual projects in hand. He is doing a film under Sukumar production called ‘Kumari 21F’ which has some big names like DSP and Ratnavelu. He is also a hero in Vamsi’s sequel of ‘Ladies Tailor’ and Maruthi’s next venture.

Experts say that his ease in acting and boy next door look is helping him a lot. Besides that small heroes like Nani and Nikhil have now made it to the big league and heroes like Varun Sandesh and Tanish were unsuccessful and slowly fading away.

Thus Raj Tarun is turning a bankable hero for small budget films. But he is costing a bomb for the producers. The buzz in the film industry is that he has hiked his remuneration after the success of his recent flick 'Cinemachupista maava'. It is said that he is currently demanding 80 lakhs as remuneration.
