Earlier Samantha was selected as the lead for ‘Yevadu,’ but Shruti Hassan replaced her due to Samantha’s illness. Later on, Samantha was again selected as heroine for Ram Charan’s recent film ‘Bruce Lee’. Out of the blue, Rakul Preet bagged that offer.
Now according to reports Ram Charan is keen on getting Samantha on board for the role of Nayanathara in the remake of ‘Thani Oruvan’ as he feels that Samantha is lucky for Tollywood actors as all the stars got hits when they were paired with her for the first time.
While there is no official announcement, this rumour is spreading like a wild fire in the industry. Hope this too won’t end up like the previous two films.
