This director is having a habit of killing his lead actor at the end of the film which is hard to digest for common Telugu audience. He killed Allari Naresh in ‘Gamyam’ and Allu Arjun and Manoj in ‘Vedam’. Also his films do not have commercial elements. He himself stated that he cannot make commercial films but they are essential in a film if it involves huge budget. The screenplay of the film is also rather complicated for a general viewer.

Krish said in an interview that ‘Kanche’ is his first film to get decent profits but B and C centers are preferring ‘Raaju Gaari Gadhi’ over this as it is providing good humour.
