Sometimes the fate of a film will be different from the effort put in by the team. Mahesh and Sukumar put all their efforts on ‘Nenokkadine’. But it was a disaster post release. Now, the same happened with ‘Size Zero’ too.
Anushka has put in her heart and soul into the film and even gained weight for the character. But the film opened to mixed reviews. Though everyone are praising Anushka, the film is doing a below average business. After a good weekend, the film’s collections dipped drastically on Monday and Tuesday.
Trade analysts say that this would become a loss venture. As ‘Shankarabharanam’ and ‘Killing Veerappan’ arrives this weekend, the collections of ‘Size Zero’ may drop more heavily. On the other hand, ‘Kumari 21F’ is still going strong in its second week. The film has collected over Rs 12 crores and landed the producers and distributors huge profits.
