Kajal floored by Pawan’s humility

For the first time in her eight year career, Kajal Aggarwal is paired opposite superstar Pawan Kalyan in his in-progress venture ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’. The ravishing actress has joined the sets a fortnight ago in Vadodara and has wrapped up her part for the schedule.

“I was excited with the offer and the prospect of romancing Pawan Kalyan sir. I’m just done with the Gujarat schedule and it has been an exhilarating experience so far. I just can’t wait for the new schedule to kick off,” beams the actress with joy.

When quizzed about her role in the actioner, she is tightlipped. “Except for saying that it will be an emotional outing with a lot of scope for dance I can’t reveal anything about it at this juncture, but I’m sure you all will love it,” maintains the actress who will be seen mostly in ethnic outfits in the film.

Kajal shares working with Pawan Kalyan has been an enriching experience. “It is my first film with him and it has been fantastic working with him. The amazing thing about him is that he is pretty chilled out on sets. "

Continuing in the same tone, she adds, "Pawan sir is very humble and down to earth. He is modest and is open to everything and everybody. It's a very unusual trait in a person who is a superstar and has seen so much success in life. It makes him extra special,” she says, smiling, “He has this incredible knack of switching on and off the camera effortlessly.”

Kajal is also shooting for another Telugu film ‘Brahmotsavam’ with Mahesh Babu. “This is the second time that I’m working with him. We know each other well and have fond memories of ‘Businessman’,” she concludes, smiling.
