Bill MurrayActor Bill Murray says he will voice a dog in filmmaker Wes Anderson's upcoming, but yet untitled stop-motion animated movie. The actor also said that the movie would be a Japanese story and he's very excited to be involved in the project.

"I'm playing a dog. He (Anderson) is doing another, like a stop-motion animated kind of comedy sort of like 'The Fantastic Mr. Fox'," Murray said.

Murray will star alongside Jeff Goldblum, Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton and Bob Balaban, who will lend their voice to a pack of dogs.

The stop-motion movie marks the third time that Goldblum has worked with Anderson, following ‘The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou’ and ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’.

Official release date is yet to be announced, but the movie is expected to arrive in US in 2017. Murray's film appearances this year include ‘Rock the Kasbah’ and ‘Aloha’.

He will also voice Baloo in the upcoming ‘The Jungle Book’ and is expected to make a cameo appearance in ‘Ghostbusters’, which will release next year.
