Pawan Kalyan to croon again?

‘Katama Rayuda’ track in ‘Attarintiki Daaredhi’ has not only made his fans go bonkers but also helped the film on the publicity front. And now it looks like superstar Pawan Kalyan, who has a penchant for folk numbers, is set for an encore.

Yes, we hear the actor has been approached to sing for his under-shoot film ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’. The makers, according to sources, believe the song will heighten the emotional appeal if the actor lends his vocals. Hence, the film’s director Bobby and composer Devi Sri Prasad came up with the idea.

A source close to the unit says, “Pawan's spontaneous acts for folk songs like 'Tatichettekkalevu' in ‘Tammudu’, 'Bangaru Ravanamma' in ‘Khushi’ and the recent ‘Katama Rayuda’ had his fans go crazy. Since there’s a similar situation in ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ too, the makers thought the track would get an extra fizz with Pawan’s voice. He was told about it but he is yet to take a final call.”
