Lavanya TripathiLavanya Tripathi, who is paired with superstar Nagarjuna in ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’, is not averse to the idea of romancing his younger son Akhil too in the near future.

“When I was narrated my role in the family drama, I liked it as it was offering me something new. If I get a good role, I will work with Akhil too,” she dimples. “I don’t look at factors like now that I’m paired opposite Nag sir I will lose out an opportunity to work with Naga Chaitanya and Akhil.”

The actress was in the news recently for being offered a key role in ‘Baahubali- The Conclusion’. Put that to her and she beams, “It’s a rumour but I’m ready to do any role in ‘Baahubali 2’. I’m even ready to be in the background. If they approach me there is no way I can’t say no.”

Presently she is shooting for Allu Sirish’s next with Parasuram. Talking about her role in the film, she shares, “I play a college girl. I can’t say it’s a different role but I’m trying to keep it absolutely natural.”

Exuding happiness that many makers are approaching her with “different scripts”, she says, “I will start a new film in March next year. It will be a different film from my end with no commercial ingredients. It will be shot abroad mostly and a new director will helm it.”

While she has plans to acquire a new flat in Hyderabad soon, she is completely bowled over by the city. “The city is evolving. Night life has become much better. Also, people here nice and you can converse with them in English and Hindi too unlike in Chennai where only Tamil is being spoken,” shares the actress who is ready to dub for herself.

“I’ve spent eight hours in the dubbing studio for ‘Andala Rakshasi’ but finally the makers felt that my accent will not work. Now I’m ready to dub but nobody is giving me an opportunity,” she sighs.
