Soggade gets extra screens

Superstar Nagarjuna-starrer ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ (SCN) is chugging on with immense steam at the box-office. Opening in 450 screens across the Telugu-speaking states, the film, courtesy positive word of mouth, has now increased its tally to 600 screens in the second week.

“In Nizam, 55 screens were added on Friday. The film released in 120 theatres in the first week and minted Rs 5.25 crore,” said Nizam distributor Asian Sunil.

Directed by new face Kalyan Krishna, ‘SCN’ features Ramya Krishna and Lavanya Tripathi in key roles. Nag has steamrolled the project under Annapurna Studios.
