Taapsee out of Sundeep Kishan’s next?

In what would be a setback of sorts for Tamil director CV Kumar, his leading lady Taapsee Pannu has backed out of the project. The glam diva, who is paired opposite Sundeep Kishan in the film, has reportedly opted out due to date clashes with her other assignments.

Apparently, the schedule dates of Taapsee’s Tamil and Hindi films have come in clash with CV Kumar’s film leaving her with no option but to exit. A source close to the unit says, “Taapsee was excited after listening to the script and was quickly on board a few months back.

But as the time progressed, even her other projects have been re-scheduled for various reasons resulting in an inevitable clash of dates with this film. The makers tried to avoid the clash but their efforts went in vain. They are now on the lookout for a replacement.”

Also, it was widely speculated that the film is a bilingual (Telugu and Tamil) but it is reliably learnt that the film will be shot only in Tamil. Meanwhile, Sundeep who is currently shooting for the Telugu remake of ‘Neram’ and ‘Okka Ammai Tappa’, is expected to start shooting for CV Kumar’s later this month.
