Nandita in Nikhil’s film

It seems like director Vi Anand has finally found his third heroine for his under-shoot flick with Nikhil. Tamil actress Nandita Swetha, who to shot fame following her role in films like ‘Attakathi’ and ‘Mundasupatti’, has been zeroed in as the third leading lead actress for the romantic entertainer.

Apparently, it is an important role and as such the makers took time to lock on the right girl. After considering several names, the director believed that Nandita can pull off the ‘significant’ role with élan and decided to rope her in.

A source close to the development shares, “We were scouting for the actress ever since the film took off because it is a performance-oriented character with multiple shades. We took a lot of time because we wanted to cast the best actress for the role.

Nandita was recently narrated the script and she was pleased with her character. She even did a look test and was finally roped in for the project. All the three leading lady roles are equally important and there’s nothing like third actress.”

The Bengaluru-born will join the sets this month-end. Guess, the makers can now heave a sigh of relief now!
