Saregama Remembers Manna Dey

Saregama India, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group owned music label fondly remembers Manna Dey, who was also affectionately called Manna “Da”, the legendary singer and music composer on his 97th Birth Anniversary.

Manna Dey’s musical journey spanned decades and has admirers from every generation, even today. As an ode to his illustrious career, Manna Dey was honored with Padma Shri award in 1972, Padma Bhushan in 2005 and Dadasaheb Phalke award in 2007.
