Ever since the news of mini multiplex that is coming up at the arrival block of the Pundit Nehru Bus Station (PNBS) made rounds, movie buffs of the city await a great experience. Though the mini theater is aimed to enthrall the passengers who travel long distances, it is certain that the regular theater visitors will also want an experience of it.

Built across 4356 square feet in the compound, the mini theater is ready for film screening and is likely to roll from the last week of the month. With a seating capacity of 130 seats, the miniplex offers ticket at Rs 80 each. The first film to be screened, according to sources is Mahesh Babu Starrer Brahmotsavam.

Built with a budget close to Rs 1.5 crore, the theater has visuals and sound on par with any other multiplex screens. Seats were fixed in and sound systems were installed in the theater which is all set to be inaugurated by Chief Minister.

Called as the Y Screens, these models are set to bring about change in the entertainment industry in the region, as we have concrete plans to spread the facility across 670 mandals in 1000 screens, earlier said Managing Director of Y Screens Y V Ratna Kumar.
