Working in T-wood, a learning experience: Tanya

For Miss India contestant Tanya Hope, who is making her Telugu debut in Nara Rohit-starrer ‘Appatlo Okadundevadu’, directed by Sagar Chandra, working in Tollywood is a learning experience.

“Working as a model is completely different from being an actress. I was new to acting and felt nervous when I was working with my co-actors on the sets. The process of preparing for the part and getting lines right along with the expressions is a task.

Thankfully, my director Sagar helped me with all these things. It also gave me the confidence to prepare for new challenges. It’s a great learning experience,” says Tanya, who recently wrapped up her part.

The actress plays a simple girl from a small town in the action-drama. “I had the opportunity to try different attires like half-saris, pattu langa, etc., something that I never wore in real life. Hopefully my role will be well received,” the actress said.
