Shaneel is the elder son of famous archaeologist duo Harendra Sinha and late Nutan Sinha. For about 7-8 years the actor busied himself in famous theatre groups of Nadira Babbar, Sanjana Kapoor, Qudar Khan and also Gulzar in Mumbai.
