Ritu Varma in Sesh’s Adivi  Goodachari

No sooner accolades started pouring in for her portrayal of Chitra in her latest hit film ‘Pelli Choopulu’, Ritu Varma has bagged her next. The Hyderabad actress will play the female lead in Sesh Adivi’s forthcoming film ‘Goodachari’. Apparently, the makers were in the awe of Ritu after seeing her performance in the romantic drama, which has been the talk of the town.

“Initially, we thought names of relatively new actresses but after seeing Ritu’s performance in her latest film, we believe she would be apt for the female lead. It’s a role that has ample scope for performance and gives Ritu an opportunity to be different,” said Kaali Sudheer, one of the producers of the film. To be helmed by Sashi Tikka and Rahul, the film will go on floors soon.
