We caught up with Arbaaz Khan at the trailer launch of his latest film, "Yeh toh too much ho gaya" where he is playing a villain. Arbaaz told us about how 2016 has been like so far on the acting front, "2016 seems to be a happening year for me as an actor as I have just returned back shooting for a Telugu film. This Telugu film will be directed by Vamsi Krishna, we have already done the first few scenes. Also, I will be making a comeback in the Telugu industry after almost 11 years. My first Telugu venture was when I played the villain in Jai Cheeranjeeva, a Chiranjeevi film.”

Adding more, he said, "I have a couple of films lined up this year. I am enjoying my passionate profession ”Acting” in films like "Tera Intezaar" and next will be "Yeh Toh Too much ho gaya.”

About Dabangg-3, he says, "We are still at the scripting level. Salman does not take much interest in production but he definitely involves himself in the creative job. He takes keen interest during the writing sessions and makes it a point to be the part of all the writing sessions. His opinion does make a lot of difference to the film, we just do not believe in casting Salman and having few songs but we always prefer an intriguing story line for all our films.”

About Dad Salim Khan, Arbaaz says, "Definitely, Salim Saab is like a Doctor for our scripts. Even before going onto the sets, we make it a point to share it with him from time to time and finally whatever changes he adds up, we religiously follow it up.”

About Sonakshi and the film Dabangg 3, he says, "Right now, I cannot say whether the Dabangg 3 will be a prequel of the earlier ones, it may or may not be so. Sonakshi will definitely be there but we will also be introducing new face. Owing to a few years that have passed and by the time it comes on the silver screen it will have to come with something fresh.”

Lastly, he admits that direction has taken a back seat for a while and he is enjoying his stint of acting as a villain in all his films set to release one after the other in 2016.
