Producer Gaurang Doshi has not had a very pleasant past. Hats off to this man who may be in his forties and is set to pay a heavy alimony of about Rs 2.75 crore [As per High Court Order] towards his wife and daughter. Once he deposits the alimony, his wife Madhuri will set him free by withdrawing the petition filed against matrimonial demand. According to media reports, Gaurang was also arrested for assaulting Flora Saini [live-in partner] who had accused him of assaulting her brutally. However, Gaurang was proved innocent.

Well! Gaurang launched his much-awaited dream project, ”Aankhen 2 amidst a huge crowd along with the star cast – Amitabh Bachchan, Arshad Warsi, Regina Cassandra, director Aneez Bazmee and more.

Gaurang was welcomed back by the media at the launch and he very graciously said, "With Aankhen-2, it’s like my dream coming true, also this project has been possible only because of Shri Amitabh Bachchan. Had he not supported me for this dream project of mine, I would not have been able to make this wonderful comeback.”

Adding further, he said, "After turning almost, ”Bankrupt” paying an exorbitant alimony to my ex-wife, I am left with no money. But with the support of all my well wishers, I am here again to continue my profession. Also, with the blessings of my mother, I stand back here.”

Madhu Ben, mother of Gaurang Doshi seemed to be in the happiest mood when we asked her about her feelings as she said, "I thank the almighty God for Gaurang as he has been able to come out of all the controversies with flying colors. What more can I ask for? I thank all those people who supported him during his not so good time.”

“Well every man needs to be given a second chance” Gaurang updates the meaning of his company logo- "Veni Vidi Vici” -I lived in London for a few years and it is then this logo came into my mind which means- ‘I came, I saw, I conquer!!" he concludes.
