Even though Pawan entered the films as Chiranjeevi's brother, he soon managed to carve a niche for himself in film Nagar with his style, mannerisms, and choice of films. Eventually, he had his own set of fans which only grew phenomenally by the day. Pawan was now called the Power Star of Tollywood and compared to the likes of legendary actor NT Rama Rao. What however set the actor apart was his variety of roles.

Even though he's had a glorious career spanning twenty years, every filmmaker wants to work with him making Pawan the most sought after bankable star in the Industry.

One interesting and unknown fact about the power Star is that he is a Karate black belt and choreographed some mind-blowing stunts in a few of his movies.

That apart, he's a voracious reader and an orator. He displayed his speaking skills when he launched his party, Jana Sena, during which he quoted lines from the books of great personalities.

Pawan has a fan following like none other in the industry. And he too on his part, makes it a point to reach out to them whenever they are in need. This has led to the phenomenon Pawanism.

Although the actor has recently expressed his desire to quit films soon, his popularity is here to stay.
