Pawan Kalyan’s next, a remake of Tamil hit ‘Veeram’, has been christened as ‘Katamarayudu.’ Producer Sharrath Marar announced the title in view of the superstar’s 46th birthday Friday.

“On the eve of #PSPK @PawanKalyan’s birthday Northstar Entertainment proudly announces the title of d film under production as ‘Katamarayudu’,” Marar, taking to Twitter on Thursday, posted.
The title seems to be inspired by the song “Katamarayudu” that Pawan sang for the monster hit ‘Attarintiki Daaredhi’. In ‘Katamarayudu,’ the actor will play a Rayalaseema factionist.
The shooting of the film, which went on to floors last month, has been delayed because of Pawan’s political commitments. It remains to be seen when he will join the sets as the first schedule, a brief one, went on without him. In ‘Katamarayudu,’ a Dolly directorial, Shruti Haasan is cast opposite Pawan.
