While it is on the way to create a milestone by bringing together music icons like Arijit Singh, Amit Trivedi, Papon, Badshah, Rekha Bharadwaj, Shalmali Kholgade, Sachin-Jigar, Shefali Alvares, Nakash Aziz, Divya Kumar and Mohammed Irfan on a single platform for the first time in the history of Bollywood, there is yet another addition to the music fest.

Yes, we have our very own ‘Dabangg’ Sonakshi Sinha, who lately packed a punch in AKIRA, is now prepping up to sing live at the coveted and the biggest music festival ‘Bollywood Music Project’ (BMP). She may have sung live at an awards ceremony in the past, but this would be the first time when Sona will be seen in a rock star avatar and performing live before a packed audience for 40-minutes on the stage.

The actress will be crooning several chartbusters including her 2015 debut single ‘Ishqholic’, ‘Joganiyan’ from TEVAR, Rajj Rajj Ke from AKIRA. Not only this, but Sonakshi would also sing a couple of songs from her personal favourite list.

Conceptualized by Event Capital & TM Talent Management, the two day cultural extravaganza will have something in store for all fans from music to adventure sports to flea markets laden with gourmet .

The event will be a first of its kind, multi-stage, multi-genre festival that will be conducted at Jio Garden, BKC onSeptember 30 and October 1 with an expected audience of over 30,000 fans over two days.
