Well, it’s not just the nation; Indian ODI captain MS Dhoni too is eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. Admitting that he loved ‘Baahubali,’ the captain cool said, “I saw the film last year and just loved it. It was a fantastic film. Since it was dubbed into Hindi too, it was easy to understand it. I’m waiting for the sequel.” He was speaking at the audio launch of Telugu dubbed version of ‘MS Dhoni- The Untold Story’ in Hyderabad on Saturday. ‘Baahubali’ helmer SS Rajamouli graced the event as the guest.

Dhoni, who very recently said that he is a big fan of Suriya, having bowled over by his ‘Singam,’ said that South industries make good films. “South industries have a lot of good actors and they make good films. No wonder why some films are remade in Bollywood. Also most actors have a great fan base,” he noted.

Dhoni, who has often visited Hyderabad as a part of his national duty, admitted the first thing that comes to his mind about Hyderabad is the biryani. “I first tasted Hyderabad biryani when I visited the city in 2000 for a first-class match. Since then, biryani has been a must whenever I visited the city along with my teammates. I also love the biscuits here. And I picked up some bangles for my wife from here,” said Dhoni to a thunderous reception from the JRC Convention Centre where the event was held. “We’ve always got great support from fans whenever we’ve played here. Also, we have a great record here.”

Dhoni raved that Sushant Singh Rajput, the actor who played him in the biopic, has done a great job. “He looks exactly like me. He played cricket for nine months, practicing for two and two-and-a-half hours daily. The most difficult part was to enact my cricketing shots but he perfected them too, rather easily. He has done a brilliant job and it reflected in the film.”
