3 cr set for Anushka’s Bhagamati

So far in the news for its ensemble cast, Anushka Shetty-starrer ‘Bhagamati’ is now garnering excitement for its lavish set work. Apparently, the makers have quietly set into motion designing a lavish set worth Rs 3 cr for the film’s new schedule to be shot at a private studio in Hyderabad. Although the film was earlier was shot in a couple of sets, this is the biggest and most crucial set for the social drama.

The set erected includes a colony, deserted house, police station, etc. Director Ashok (along with the art director) has planned and erected these sets at a single location. The new schedule begins with crucial scenes on Anushka and support cast, followed by action episodes.

“The set work started a couple of months back and it is almost completed. The shoot is likely to begin after ‘Dasara’ and the prep work is in full swing," sources close to the film said. Meanwhile, Anushka, who has taken a break from her 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' shooting, shall prep up for 'Bhagamati' shoot next.
