Kranthi Madhav takes Prakash Raj on board

Prakash Raj, who was recently seen in ‘Mana Oori Ramayanam’, will be playing a supporting role in director Kranthi Madhav’s next, tentatively titled ‘Ungarala Rambabu’, with Sunil.

A source confirms, “Although actors like Satyaraj and Nagineedu were on Kranthi’s mind initially, he felt that Prakash would be the best bet moving forward business-wise and promotions wise. Producer Paruchuri Prasad too endorsed his idea.

The versatile actor will play heroine’s (Miya George) father and his interactions with Sunil in the second half would be something to watch out for. He would join the sets shortly and a major part of his portions are being planned to be shot in Kerala.”
