Sunil eyes another remake
Not disheartened by the failure of his recent comic caper ‘Eedu Gold Ehe’, Sunil has moved on. The actor, who has recently agreed to star in the Telugu remake of Malayalam hit ‘Two Countries,’ we’ve learnt has set his eyes on a Tamil remake.

Apparently, the ‘Poola Rangadu’ star is planning to remake a Tamil film ‘Enakku Innoru Per Irukku’ that featured composer-turned-actor GV Prakash in the lead. G Nageswara Reddy is likely to helm the comic drama, which would be backed by Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments.
A source close to the unit informs, “The makers felt the script is tailor-made for Sunil’s image. They want to strike big at the box-office and believe G Nageswara Reddy, who is a close aide, can do justice to the Telugu narrative.” The talks with regard to remake are in the final stages and an official announcement might be expected soon.
