Dhruva to miss the date again?

Having already missed Dasara date, looks like Ram Charan-starrer ‘Dhruva’ might witness another postponement as sources close to the project have confirmed to us that the actioner, a remake of Tamil hit ‘Thani Oruvan,’ might not make it on December 2 too.

A source close to the development says, “Despite the final song being completed in Bangkok over the weekend, it is doubtful whether the film will release on December 2. Producer Allu Aravind is considering December 9 but it too remains undecided.

“If the film fails to make it in the first half of December, it’s unlikely that it will release in the second half as Charan wants some gap between his and his father’s comeback film (‘Khaidi No 150’), which is likely to open on January 11 or 12.

Also, Dil Raju is firm on releasing ‘Nenu Local’ on December 22, so a fight between Raju and Aravind is more or less ruled out as they respect each other. In all probability if not early December, ‘Dhruva’ might be pushed to February.”
