Mehreen shoots despite pain

Seems like ‘Krishnagaadi Veera Prema Gaadha’ girl Mehreen Pirzada has taken the phrase "giving 100 per cent" a bit too seriously. Recently, the actress suffered an injury while shooting for a sequence on the sets of Suseenthiran’s bilingual (Telugu-Tamil) film in Chennai. However, the injury didn't deter her from shooting that day.
Apparently, the actress was knocked down by a vehicle while shooting for the Sundeep Kishan-starrer, leaving bruises on her leg. She was immediately rushed to a doctor and was prescribed some rest. But she came back and resumed shoot despite being in excruciating pain.
“The unit was shooting an important sequence and Mehreen didn’t want to dampen the spirits on the sets. She felt that it would be inappropriate to disrupt the proceedings as everything was chalked out prior and hence continued to film,” informs a source from the unit. Thankfully, the current schedule break has given the actress enough time to recuperate.
