Major reshuffle in release dates

‘Singham 3’ postponed to December 23 from December 16; ‘Nanna Nenu Naa Boyfriends’ to take Suriya’s slot. Nani-starrer ‘Nenu Local’ has been pushed to February In what came as a surprise, the makers of Suriya-starrer ‘Singham 3’ have announced that their film will be releasing on December 23 as opposed to December 16. The same is the case for the Tamil version. The makers said that the film has been deferred due to technical issues.

Realising that Suriya has aborted his arrival plan by a week, the makers of ‘Nanna Nenu Naa Boyfriends’, starring Hebah Patel, have decided to occupy the date. As Dil Raju is distributing the film all across, his plan of releasing his own film, ‘Nenu Local’, starring Nani, are more or less thwarted. “Nani’s dream of having his fourth release of the year will remain as a dream as the film has been pushed to February. Dil Raju can’t kill his own film for another,” a source close to Raju says.

Giving ‘Nanna Nenu Naa Boyfriends’ some stiff competition on December 16 would be Naveen Chandra-starrer ‘Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu’. Producer KK Radhamohan, who has been finding difficult to get a slot for his comic caper since a month, has decided to pit it against Hebah Patel-starrer.
