A source close to the development confirms, “Ravi has agreed to do Anil’s script, an actioner, earlier this week. It remains to be seen whether it is the same script that the writer-turned-director had in mind for Ram.
It will go on to floors next year and Dil Raju will produce it.” Interestingly, Dil Raju and Ravi Teja had a fall out last year when the latter walked out of the former’s production ‘Yevado Okadu’ over monetary issues. “They’ve addressed their issues before deciding to work together again,” the source adds.
This would be Ravi’s first film since a year. He was supposed to team up with Tamil director TN Santosh and Bobby earlier this year but as the producers of these films failed to pay what he quoted as his remuneration, the projects were called off.
