Kate Beckinsale doesn't drink

Actress Kate Beckinsale says she has "never" drunk an entire glass of alcohol in her life.

The 43-year-old star has revealed that she doesn't drink and has never let more than a drop of booze pass her lips because she claims it goes to her head "very quickly".

The actress said she lives a healthy lifestyle and works out most mornings.

"I basically wake up, eat breakfast, and then work out. I prefer to get it done in the morning. That said I don't naturally get up early. It would be much better for me if the entire world went to bed at 4am and woke up at noon.

"Hardcore workouts have really made a big difference in my life. I have a lot of internal energy, and intense exercise helps me channel that energy,” she said.
