‘Nakshatram’ emphasises on the importance of police in the society

In the making for a long time, Krishna Vamsi’s ‘Nakshatram,’ which narrates the tale of young guy (Sundeep Kishan) who aspires to become a cop, is finally nearing completion.

At present, the director is filming climax scenes in Hyderabad. “Like Lord Hanuman in Ramayana, police too play a key role in the society and the film talks about it,” Krishna Vamsi, who is known for his message-oriented films, said.

Vamsi further added that filming will come to an end shortly and they have plans to release the film, a joint venture between Venu Gopal and Sajju, next month.

It also features Regina Cassandra, Pragya Jaiswal, Sai Dharam Tej, Prakash Raj and JD Chakravarthy in supporting roles.
