"Humble beginnings," Lisa captioned the image. Her statement of showing off her baby bump with a bold photograph seems inspired by how actress Kareena Kapoor Khan remained uninhibited about her fashion statements during her pregnancy. Lisa got married to her beau Dino Lalvani after the two dated for a year. Lalvani is the son of Pakistan-born British entrepreneur Gullu Lalvani.
