Raashi Khanna bags NTR film

All eyes have been on Raashi Khanna ever since she went on a signing spree in both (Telugu and Tamil) the industries. Looks like the actress has started off the New Year with a bang as we hear she has netted a biggie.

Apparently, the Delhi-based model will be sharing the screen space with none other than NTR in his forthcoming film. Raashi heard the narration and she believed it was a role that gives her enough scope to showcase her acting chops. Moreover, she feels the opportunity to enter into the bigger league seems to have finally arrived with this film.

“There were a few names floating around, but the makers were keen on bringing in Raashi because of the fresh casting. She hasn’t paired up opposite NTR yet, so the makers believe the fresh pair of Raashi-NTR will work big time in their favor,” informs a source.

Although Raashi was part of a string of successful films, she hasn’t been paired opposite an A-lister. By signing NTR’s project, the actress gets the right breakthrough and headstart she requires to jump into the bigger league. No wonder, Raashi, who will be next seen in ‘Oxygen’ in Telugu, is excited to work with NTR.
