Victory Venkatesh-starrer ‘Guru’, which was supposed to release for Republic Day, will be finally hitting the screens this summer. While the makers failed to reveal what caused the delay despite the shooting being wrapped up a couple of months ago, they, in a statement, said that the film’s soundtrack will be unveiled in the first week of March.
“The promotional activities will kick-start from February 17 with the release of a single,” they added.
In ‘Guru’, directed by Sudha Kongara, Venky would be seen as a raging disgraced ex-boxer who picks up a foul-mouthed uncouth boxer (Ritika Singh) for training into championship.
