Srikar Babu pins hopes on ‘Nenu Kidnap Ayyanu’
After his earlier directorials – ‘Inka Emanukoledu’ and ‘Musugu’ –failed to set the cash registers ringing, Srikar Babu is banking on his current film, ‘Nenu Kidnap Ayyanu’, to bail him out of poor streak.

“Be it the story or the cast, everything fell in place for ‘Nenu Kidnap Ayyanu’,” he says about the film which features Brahmanandam, Posani Krishnamurali, Krishna Bhagawan and Raghu Babu in the lead roles.
Speaking about the story, he says, “What happens when a group of entrepreneurs who are cheated in life commit a crime is what the film all about. “ He adds, “The group gets hold of Posani who believes he has been kidnapped but on the contrary he isn’t. The follow-up events are told in a comic and thrilling way.”
He points out that film is 80 per cent through with its shooting part and that he is planning to wrap up the shoot by February 15. “The last schedule is in Visakhapatnam.”
